4.  Permission to use website

4.1 You may 
a) view pages and download pages for caching in a web browser;
b) print pages from our website for your own personal, professional, and non-commercial use, provided such printing is not excessive; 
c) stream audio and video files from our website to promote our upcoming training workshops and programs to your educational community, with permission from Montessori-Orff Music at montessoriorffmusic@gmail.com.

5.    Refund policy

5.1    Full tuition refund is given to registered users up to 40 days before the first event session. Cancellations up to 30 days before the first session receives 50% of payments received. No refunds are offered for cancellations made less than 30 days of the first session.

6.    Service responsibilities

 

6.1    If a training workshop or program is cancelled by Montessori-Orff Music, efforts will be made to transfer registration to a comparable event within a reasonable time frame. When no such replacement is possible, a full refund of tuition payment will be given.

 

7.    Right to change program offerings

 

7.1    We may, without prior notice, change the services and programs or any features thereof. 
7.2    We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services or website without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason. 

 

8.    Indemnification

 

8.1    You agree to indemnify and hold Inga Sieminski, website owner, harmless from any demands loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against her by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

 

9.    Limitation of Liability

 

9.1    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the website owner be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the services and programs.
